Registration Information

(1) Registration fee and payment
You will be paying online through GoogleCheckout. You can also pay on-site at the day for the conference(at a slightly higher cost). The Registration fee includes admission to every conference event, free breakfast for Friday and Saturday, food tickets for the nightmarket, the banquet dinner, and afterparty on Saturday night. Please refer to the following chart for details.

(2) Housing

Housing Type Description Cost
Hotel Conference attendees will stay at the Sheraton La Jolla, a 5 minute walk to the UCSD campus.
 Single: $140/night
Double: $70/night
Quad(4 people per room): $35/night
Student Host Participants will be hosted by a current University of California at San Diego student living around campus (Space is limited; first-come first-served). FREE
No Housing Participants who have friends at University of California at San Diego or in La Jolla area. FREE

T-Shirt Design will be posted soon
$10 for online order
$15 at the conference
(4) Payment Calculation

Total Cost = Registration Cost + Housing + T-Shirt

(5) Refund Policy

Cancellation Date Policy
Before 2/19/2010 100% Refund
Before 3/19/2010 50% Refund
After 3/19/2010 No Refund
